About the role
You are employed by us but work as a consultant on assignments with our clients. This gives you the opportunity to broaden your expertise, build a strong network, and rapidly develop in your career.

Assignments vary in length and complexity, but what they all have in common is that you work closely with the business and contribute with your accounting expertise.

You will, among other things, work with:

• General accounting

• Monthly, quarterly, and year-end closings

• Reconciliations and reporting

• Improvement of financial processes

Who are we looking for
You are confident in your expertise and enjoy stepping into new environments. You are independent, solution-oriented, and have a strong ability to build trust — both with colleagues and clients.

We believe you have:

• 5–8 years of experience as an accounting specialist

• A degree in finance, accounting, or equivalent

• Strong knowledge of accounting and closing processes

• Experience in reporting and reconciliations

• Excellent communication skills

• Fluent Swedish and English

Meritorious:

• Experience with various financial systems

• Previous consulting experience or work in dynamic environments
