Regular sources of data

The data stored in the register is primarily obtained when you submit a contact request, register for an event, or apply for a job. Data is also collected from messages sent via email, telephone, social media services, contracts, client meetings, and other situations where the client provides their information.

When you visit our website, we automatically receive log information including your IP address, timestamps, and technical details about the device you use to connect. * In accordance with GDPR, NIS does not transfer IP addresses outside the EU. User data is anonymised before being transferred to Google Analytics. All IP processing and storage is carried out on EU-based servers.

Data storage and retention period
